How do I determine the right size for a horse blanket?
There are some rules  in order to ensure what a good  blanket
will be : Make the chest closure as fixed so that a hand's breadth
fits between the buckle and the chest . Make the surcingles so that there
fits a hand  between the canal and the abdomen . Loosen the leg straps
solid, even with a hand-width space between bone and bilkoord .
If the webbing and leg bands are well tailored made a blanket can not stir.
This reduces the chance of get soaked and the
horse will not get stuck during rolling in the blanket with legs .
For some horses, the combination with a neck blanket may cause a reaction
Parts of the mane hair loss can occur .
Those horses are not recommended  under a blanket with fixed neck
convert . Size Indication for blankets : the Height of the horse plus
